DeCA en Ruta allows you to manage these scenarios in a simple and organized manner. The company can issue the DeCA from a computer or a mobile device, generating a PDF with its corresponding QR code. The driver receives a link to the document via WhatsApp, without needing to install any app.

If an issue arises during the trip—such as a change in license plate number—the company can update the document, indicating the reason for the change. The previous version is marked as invalid, while the driver automatically accesses the new version via the same link and the same QR code.

This prevents confusion, reduces errors, and ensures that all parties are always working with the correct documentation. The driver does not have to search for a new message or install additional tools, and the company knows which version is available at all times.

In the event of an inspection, the QR code allows the updated PDF to be viewed and downloaded from the corresponding link. Furthermore, once the access period has expired, the link is automatically removed, while the documentation is stored for at least one year.
